Charles Bridge and Prague Castle can be reached within a 5-minute walk.Rocco Forte Augustine Hotel consists of 7 historic buildings, the most important being the 13th century Augustinian St. Thomas Monastery, after which the hotel is named. Several practising friars still live in a separate part of the monastery. Exclusive tours of the Church’s magnificent private library will be provided on request.
All spacious rooms and suites feature a range of decorative accessories inspired by early 20th century Czech cubism and are individually furnished. They provide stunning views of Prague, the adjacent monastery church and the Prague Castle. Completely refurbished in 2009, structures such as vaulted ceilings and original doors have been kept.
The award-winning Lichfield Restaurant & Cafe serves dishes created with seasonal ingredients in addition to the hotel’s own St. Thomas Beer. The menu is complimented by an international wine list.
